The product in the oven released a dry particulate that caused build-up and imbalance on the Backward Inclined wheel.  The wheels had to be cleaned every few months. HDA Fan's solution was to make a plug fan with a radial tipped wheel and the problem was solved.  The user now goes an entire year without cleaning.
