You can't use an "off-the-shelf" fan when the wheel needs to be located over two feet from the outer shell of the oven.  This 36" diameter Axial Ring Fan had to be designed with a special 28" long enclosed shaft tube.  Sized for 21,000 ACFM at 1/8" pressure and 140°F, it also features AMCA type C spark resistant construction.  Driven at 1750 RPM with a 5HP motor.

HDA Fans made this unit with an all Carpenter 20 airstream.  We also matched all of the critical connection dimensions so installation was accomplished quickly.  The company who produced the original fan had gone out of business and the customer was pleased to find a custom manufacturer who cared about their needs.
