Pictured is a 29" diameter Radial Blade fan with an AL6XN alloy wheel and shaft sleeve.  The housing is rubber lined.  The fan replaced a coated steel fan which failed due to corrosion after 6 months of operation.  The new unit was dimensioned to fit perfectly in the existing installation.  Performance of 6005 ACFM at 23" static pressure, installed on a hospital incinerator scrubber system.

HDA Fans made this unit with an all Carpenter 20 airstream.  We also matched all of the critical connection dimensions so installation was accomplished quickly.  The company who produced the original fan had gone out of business and the customer was pleased to find a custom manufacturer who cared about their needs.
